He personally visited the educational institution and met with its principal Salih Karaca to congratulate the school on the holiday and hand over the certificate with best wishes. All epidemiological safety measures were taken during the visit: the meeting participants wore masks and kept social distance. Alexey Frolov highlighted the following:
"Children's Day is a reminder about the responsibility of the entire mankind for the young generation, its health and safety, physical, intellectual, spiritual and moral development. Children are the key asset of any nation. We live and work for them. We know that even under the pandemic conditions, the education process continues remotely while the children are still passionate and do not lose their interest for gaining knowledge. Special thanks to the teachers for that! I am sure that when the quarantine is over and life goes back to normal, the kids will be happy to return to their schools. And when this day comes, I hope our contribution will be very useful for the Büyükeceli school - let the children have everything they need, and most importantly health and a happy childhood! Dear parents, grandmothers, grandfathers and all who had devoted themselves to working with children, I sincerely wish you and your children peace, welfare, well-being, happiness and cheer. Let us take care and love our children! The grateful and happy eyes of a child shall be the tribute to all of us!"
Salih Karaca thanked Alexey Frolov for the kind words, as well as Rosatom State Corporation and AKKUYU NUCLEAR JSC for the opportunity to make the school more comfortable for the children:
"On behalf of the entire school staff, pupils and on my behalf I personally would like to thank AKKUYU NUCLEAR JSC and Rosatom State Corporation! We have an important business that we can carry out thanks to this gift: to finally build a canteen, which was not available for us until now. Currently children eat in rooms unequipped for this purpose, areas are not sufficient, and the number of pupils grows every year. Now we can build a separate building as we have the canteen design project. We had conducted children's festival several times in our school, including those with the participation of the children of the Akkuyu NPP construction site employees. I am sure that soon all children studying at our school shall gather in the new spacious and bright canteen!"
