Anastasia Zoteeva, CEO, Chairman of the Board of Directors


She graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University with a degree in Applied Mathematics. Anastasia carried out research on Applied Mathematics at the Institute of Economics of Eastern Europe in Stockholm (Sweden). She held various management positions at Brunswick Warburg Corporate Finance JSC, ZENIT Bank and Renaissance Capital Investment Group. In 2000 she headed NIKoil Management Company. Following the reorganization, in 2005 she was appointed Chief Executive Officer of URALSIB Financial Corporation. In 2007, she took up a CEO's position at Rusenergoinvest, a Russian investment company. In 2012, she joined the top management of Rusatom Energy International Joint-Stock Company (REIN JSC, formerly Rusatom Overseas JSC) as Executive Vice President, Director of Business Development and Sales. She was in charge of managing and coordinating the analysis of potential markets, creating the optimal integrated product and service offer of Russian State Corporation Rosatom, and led the company’s projects abroad, including the participation of Rosatom State Corporation in building Hanhikivi-1 NPP in Finland. In 2016, Anastasia Zoteeva was appointed CEO of REIN JSC. In February 2019, she became CEO of AKKUYU NUCLEAR JSC.

 


 

Anton Dedusenko, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors

 

He graduated summa cum laude from Rostov State University with a degree in International Law, and from Berne University with a grant from the Swiss Government (SECO) with a degree in International Law and Economics. PhD in Law, Executive MBA. He worked in the UN system (Geneva, Switzerland), as well as in Russian manufacturing and consulting companies. Anton has been employed at Rosatom since 2009. He took an active part in developing and managing the Rosatom projects in Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Poland, Jordan, India, and Turkey. In 2012, he joined Rusatom Energy International JSC (REIN JSC, formerly Rusatom Overseas JSC) after holding the position of First Deputy Head of the Legal Department of Atomstroyexport CJSC, Supervisor of the international legal unit. In 2017, Anton Dedusenko was appointed First Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Rusatom Energy International JSC for Project Management.

 

 

 

 


 

Alexey Zhukov, Member of the Board of Directors


First Deputy Director General of Rosenergoatom Joint-Stock Company, Director of the Capital Projects Branch. PhD in Technical Sciences. From 1986 to 1993, he was on the managerial board of Khmelnitskiy nuclear power plant under construction and went through a career path from a mechanic for equipment repair at the centralized repair shop to a lead reactor control engineer. From 1993, he worked at Balakovo NPP as a lead reactor control engineer, then as a reactor service shift supervisor. In 1999, he began working at Rostov NPP (until 2010 - Volgodonsk NPP) as a deputy head of the reactor shop, in 2002 he was transferred to take up the reactor shop head position at Rostov NPP, in 2006 he became Deputy Chief Engineer for Operation, and from 2012 - Chief Engineer of Rostov NPP. In 2015, he was appointed to the post of Deputy Director General - Director for NPP Production and Operation of Rosenergoatom OJSC. Since August 2016 Alexey Zhukov has been holding the post of First Deputy Director General - Branch Director of Rosenergoatom JSC for Capital Projects.

 

 



Hasan Cüneyd Zapsu, Member of the Board of Directors


He received higher economic education at the Faculty of Management of Istanbul University and at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. In 1977, he became the head and member of the board of Azizler Holding family company group. In 2001, he became a co-founder of the Justice and Development Party of Turkey. Until 2008, he was a member of the Central Executive Committee of the Justice and Development Party. In 2008 he established a consulting company Cuneyd Zapsu Danışmanlık A.Ş. for international investment and management. At the same time, he chaired Istanbul Walnut Exporters Association, was a member of YASED, a member of the TESEV senior advisory board, co-founder and co-chair of FTG, co-founder and co-chair of the International Nut & Dried Fruit Council- New Jersey, member of the board of the International Nut & Dried Fruit Council, currently he is a member of the organization's executive committee. Since 1986, he has been a member of the Turkish Industrialists' Association (TUSİAD), a member of the board of the Foreign Economic Relations Council (DEİK), a member of the executive committee of the Turkish-German Business Council, and vice-chairman of the Turkish-American Business Council. He is holding positions in public organizations, in particular, he is a member of the advisory board of the Alumni Association of Istanbul University, a member of the board of trustees of the International Antalya University, a member of the board of the German Lyceum Management Association, deputy chairman of the Association of Social, Political and Democratic Activities (PODEM), founder and member of the supervisory board of Young Life Foundation (GHV), senior consultant of the World Economic Forum (WEF).




Ekaterina Lyakhova, Member of the Board of Directors


She graduated from the Judicial and Procuratorial Department at the Ural State Law Academy (Yekaterinburg) with a degree in Jurisprudence, from Higher School of Business at Lomonosov Moscow State University (MBA program) and Universiteit Antwerpen Management School (EMBA program). From 1995 to 2000 she worked in a legal consulting firm YurKon (Yekaterinburg), moved up the career ladder from a specialist to the head of the department of financial and privatization legislation. In 2000, she headed the legal department of RENOVA company group (Moscow). In 2006, she took up the post of head of a representative office of Renova Project Limited. From 2008 - General Director of Koltsovo-Invest Joint-Stock Company (managing company of Koltsovo Airport, Ekaterinburg, Russia). In 2010, she joined the top management of TVEL Joint-Stock Company (an enterprise of the State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom) as Vice President of Corporate Governance. Since 2011 - Director for Investment and Operational Efficiency Management of Rosatom State Corporation, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Atomenergoprom Joint Stock Company. 

 

 

 


 

Henri Eduard Proglio, Member of the Board of Directors

 

Henri Eduard Proglio graduated from Ecole des Haute Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in Paris. He joined Compagnie Générale des Eaux in 1972 and in 1990 was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CGEA In 1999, he became Vice President of Vivendi Universal, as well as Chairman and CEO of Vivendi Water. In 2000, he took up the position of Chairman of the Governing Board of Veolia Environment, from 2003 to 2009 he was its Chairman and CEO. From 2009 to 2014 - Chairman and CEO of EDF, since 2014 – Honorary President of EDF. He is currently a member of the NATIXIS Board of Directors, non-executive director of Fomento de Consctrucciones y Contratas (FCC). Since September 2017 – Director of Atalian.

 

 

 

 


 

Gennady Sakharov, Member of the Board of Directors


Director of capital investments, state construction supervision and state expertise of the Russian State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom, business analyst, Ph.D. in Economics. Practical activities are related to ensuring implementation of the capital investment plan, investment program of the State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom and its nuclear industry enterprises, effective control over the construction quality and time frames for nuclear power plants being built under Russian projects in Russia and abroad.

In 2001, Gennady Sakharov was appointed deputy head of the capital construction department of Kalinin NPP. In 2007, he headed the Department for Investment Program Management at Concern Rosenergoatom FSUE. Then he transferred to Atomenergoprom JSC to take up the position of director of the department for managing investment programs of capital investments. From 2010 – Director of Capital Investments at the State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom; from 2012 – in charge of the activities of the Industry Center for Capital Construction of Rosatom State Corporation. In 2013, he headed a corporate department of Rosatom at the Moscow State University of Civil Engineering i.e. Construction of Nuclear Facilities. Since 2014 - President of the National Association of Consulting Engineers in Construction. He is a member of the Management Board and Vice-President of the Russian Union of Builders for Engineering and Interaction with the International Expert Community. Gennady Sakharov supervises the activities of regional unions of builders in the Rostov, Kaluga, Kursk and Voronezh regions (Russia).
