Vacant positions:


Leading recruitment and development specialist (Ankara)



• Manages the recruitment cycle: runs project meetings with hiring managers to clarify the recruitment needs and regularly update on status; effectively coordinates relationship with recruitment agencies; pre-screens candidates and actively participate in the interview and selection.


• Performs a direct search for candidates: advertises the vacant positions using relevant communication channels; identifies the relevant companies and searches for candidates using social and business networks; pre-screens candidates, gathers references and form the recommendations for the hiring managers.


• Coordinates Performance Management and people development processess: supports employees on all stages of PM (target setting principles, SMART objectives, Mid-year check, final evaluation of KPI results, Competencies evaluation); coordinates creation and realization of Development plans, builds strong relationship with training companies and foreign languages schools; participates in Employee Engagement project .



Required skills and experience:


•Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment; experience in sourcing and interviewing senior roles;


•Minimum 2 years experience in learning and development: performance management (KPIs and competencies evaluation), talent management and development plan creation;


•Experience in HR within construction and/or power industry will be an advantage;


•Completed higher education;


•Fluent command of both Turkish and English, Russian is an advantage;


•Advanced communication and negotiation skills;


•Strong analytical skills;


•Excellent time management skills;


•Experienced Excel user;


•Ability to be multitasking.
