Hotline for reporting corruption

 

If you become aware of any offense (intent) by employees of AKKUYU NUCLEAR JSC and Rosatom State Corporation (including organizations of the nuclear industry) involving corruption or any actions that violate the property and other rights and legitimate interests of AKKUYU NUCLEAR JSC and Rosatom State Corporation, you can report it using dedicated hotline communication channels, including:

1. The indicated communication channels are limited exclusively to the Asset Protection Department of Rosatom State Corporation and the Security Division of AKKUYU NUCLEAR JSC.

2. Applicants are guaranteed independence of consideration of any communication, as well as non-disclosure of the source of communication.

3. Anonymous reports are processed.

4. Corruption and other offenses include giving bribe, taking bribe, abuse of authority, commercial bribery, other illegal use by an individual of his/her official position contrary to the legitimate interests of society and the state in order to obtain benefits in the form of money, valuables, other property or property-related services, other property rights for self or for third parties or illegal provision of such benefits to the above person by other individuals, as well as doing of the above acts on behalf of or in the interests of a legal entity and other actions (inaction) and/or decisions of officials affecting the rights and legitimate interests of AKKUYU NUCLEAR JSC and Rosatom State Corporation (including nuclear industry organizations).
