Anastasia Zoteeva, CEO, Chairman of the Board of Directors

She graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University with a degree in Applied Mathematics. Anastasia carried out research on Applied Mathematics at the Institute of Economics of Eastern Europe in Stockholm (Sweden). She held various management positions at Brunswick Warburg Corporate Finance JSC, ZENIT Bank and Renaissance Capital Investment Group. In 2000 she headed NIKoil Management Company. Following the reorganization, in 2005 she was appointed Chief Executive Officer of URALSIB Financial Corporation. In 2007, she took up a CEO's position at Rusenergoinvest, a Russian investment company. In 2012, she joined the top management of Rusatom Energy International Joint-Stock Company (REIN JSC, formerly Rusatom Overseas JSC) as Executive Vice President, Director of Business Development and Sales. She was in charge of managing and coordinating the analysis of potential markets, creating the optimal integrated product and service offer of Russian State Corporation Rosatom, and led the company’s projects abroad, including the participation of Rosatom State Corporation in building Hanhikivi-1 NPP in Finland. In 2016, Anastasia Zoteeva was appointed CEO of REIN JSC. In February 2019, she became CEO of AKKUYU NUCLEAR JSC.


Sergey Kudinov, Deputy CEO for Security

Graduate of the North Caucasus Academy of Public Administration. After serving in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, he headed the Asset Protection Department of the Integrated Security Department of the Industry Center for Capital Construction, a State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom company. Later he was appointed head of the Economic Security Directorate of Rosenergoatom Joint-Stock Company (the largest enterprise in the electric power industry of Russia and the only company in Russia that functions as the operating organization (operator) of nuclear power plants). During his work at the enterprises of the Russian corporation Rosatom, he took an active part in implementing a number of measures aimed at combating corruption, improving the system for preventing possible economic damage to enterprises, and developing a regulatory framework for interaction with law enforcement agencies. Sergey Kudinov was conferred corporate awards, the badge “For Contribution to the Development of the Nuclear Industry” of the 2nd degree and a commendation by Rosatom State Atomic Energy Corporation.
